5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and may vary. SIGNZY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for the Goods pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Custom order products and limited edition installations are not eligible for returns or refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Warranty Disclaimer

1. Warranty Coverage We offer a limited warranty on our signs as follows:

  • Electronic Components: We provide a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase on all electronic components, including but not limited to LED displays, power supplies, and control systems.

2. Warranty Conditions This warranty is valid only under the following conditions:

  • The product has been installed, maintained, and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

  • Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting warranty service.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

3. Exclusions and Limitations This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Damage caused by environmental factors, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, exposure to moisture, or corrosive materials.

  • Any sign used in an environment or application for which it was not designed, including but not limited to using indoor signs outdoors.

  • Electrical damage resulting from power surges, incorrect wiring, or inadequate power supply.

4. Warranty Voidance This warranty is voided if:

  • The sign is installed or used contrary to the manufacturer’s specifications and instructions.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are performed on the product.

  • Indoor signs are used in outdoor environments or exposed to weather conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SIGNZY operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

SIGNZY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
